New substances

250 new substances have been added, all of these are mentioned in new legislation.

 

CLP labeling

CLP labeling has been entered for all substances concerned. The CLP labeling is based on the GHS recommendations of the United Nations, with aim of creating a single global classification and labeling of all chemicals. Official CLP labeling according to EU Regulations EC 1272/2008 and EC 790/2009 is in process for 9058 substances.

 

Legislation

26 new or updated legislation where 19 are EC Regulations, three corrections, three decisions and one recommendation.

 

Dangerous Goods

ADR, RID, IMDG DGR and are updated with the latest revisions. The function of the transport card has been removed as it is now one and the same transport card that applies regardless of which dangerous goods are transported.
